Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect emails from one email mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mail box you wish to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
